Tips for avoiding alteration

Chose a lace-up back style, which is adjustable, to get a better and flexible fit on the bust and waist.

Double check the measurement figures before submitting the Measurement & Order Form.

About trains

There are mainly three trains for our dresses:

- Long train: 45-70cm, or 5.9-11.8in.

- Medium train: 30-35cm, or 11.8-17.7in.

- Short train: 15-30 cm, or 17.7-27.6in.

You can choose the right length for your train, or give us the exact length you want for your dress.

Dress care

Wash at 30°C water temperature. Do not bleach. Iron at 110°C. Good with dry cleaning. Do not tumble dry

Return Policy

Return is accepted within 3 days of the dress being received, and the dress has not been worn as well as without any damage. Since all our wedding dresses are made to measure, they cannot be returned for full refund. 30% to 40% charges will be asked. Extra charge for fast delivery is not refundable.
