If you dont contact me we cant fix it     Please be sure to read our terms and conditions before buying thanks   Payment We accept paypal Or Uncrossed Postal Orders Only.  I do not accept personal Cheques Shipping All items sent record 1st class, international recorded or special delivery.  There will be no exceptions.  1st class recorded 1-3 business days Special delivery: next day (if ordered and paid for by 10am) International Recorded (7-10 business days) I try and ship most weekedays so your item should arrive quite quickly if you are in the UK.   Should your item not arrive we will file a claim on your behalf, I can only do this 10 days after we posted it as stated on royal mails website, and 20 business days for international deliveries.  Royal mail will then contact you to fill in a form to confirm non receipt.  Royal Mail will then send me a cheque, once this happens I will refund you.  Please be aware this can take 3 weeks.   Returns No returns will be accepted unless damaged due to the nature of fascinators. If the item is damaged we will send you a replacement. If you no longer wish a replacement, store credit will be issued. Should item be damaged in post please contact us immediately.  Should the item be damaged the tags should still be attached and it should be in an unworn state.  Should the tags not be attached you will need to claim for damages with royal mail. If you have a problem with your item please contact as soon as you see it and we will try and help the best way we can. You must notify me in writing stating the problem and return the item to me in its original packaging ensuring that it gets back to me safely with all tags attached.  Refunds will not be issued for any reason if the tags have been tampered with.
