If the item is damaged we will send you a replacement. If you no longer wish a replacement, store credit will be issued. Should item be damaged in post please contact us immediately.  Should the item be damaged the tags should still be attached and it should be in an unworn state.  Should the tags not be attached you will need to claim for damages with royal mail. If you have a problem with your item please contact as soon as you see it and we will try and help the best way we can. You must notify me in writing stating the problem and return the item to me in its original packaging ensuring that it gets back to me safely with all tags attached.  Refunds will not be issued for any reason if the tags have been tampered with.
